For 17+ years, I have worked with adolescents and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or facing life transitions. My approach is practical, empathetic, and focused on helping you develop strategies that actually improve your life.
I believe that all human behavior has meaning, and change is possible when we approach it deliberately. Together, we’ll explore patterns, challenge unhelpful behaviors, and create actionable steps so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I work with clients online, offering flexible scheduling through multiple platforms so you can choose what works best for you. Life can feel heavy at times, but you don’t have to manage it alone—I’m here to help you regain balance and support.

How It Works
My counseling services are divided into three stages.
First Phase
Let's first start with a free 15-minute phone conversation to better understand your particular issue and how I can help.
Second Phase
We will determine the changes you need and want to make and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Final Phase
We'll examine your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors and find your path to peace of mind.
